to contact us & request an estimation.
Step Two.
If you are satisfied with the estimate
or do not require an estimate we can arrange for a courier to pick up your laptop
from your home or workplace.

Upon receipt of your
damaged item we will immediately
troubleshoot and
diagnose the problem and identify the solution.
We then contact you to
inform you
of the exact fault
and the cost of the potential repair.
Upon receiving confirmation from you we will
backup the data*
on the laptop and proceed with the repair
immediately.
Once the laptop is repaired we
thoroughly test
the
machine to ensure there are no further faults.
We then
return the laptop
to you via courier with a
technician's report
of all work carried out.

When the repair is complete, the €50 deposit
is deducted from the
overall cost of the repair.
Once the repair
fee has been paid in full
we return the repaired item by courier.
