How much do repairs cost?
The cost of repair varies greatly
depending on
- Laptop Make & Model
- Repair Time required
- Cost of replacements parts (if required)
When you request a quote we offer an estimation of what a repair will cost. When we receive the laptop and troubleshoot the issue we notify you of the exact cost of the repair.
What payments methods
do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, cheque, bank/funds
transfer and paypal. We do not have a facility
to accept laser.
How long does a repair
take?
Typically a repair takes 3 to 4 days. This
included collection and delivery times.
Do we do repair any
other items apart from laptops?
We also repair all types of desktops, notebooks and
netbooks.
How safe is your data?
Before any work is completed on a laptop, the hard
drive is backed up to an external source.
Your computer may hold private
and confidential information. We respect that
privacy and will not disclose any information to any
source*.
We can sign confidentiality agreements upon request.
What come-back do I have?
We offer a 3 month guarantee
on all work completed. We offer 1 year
warranty on all parts supplied. Customer
service is a priority to us.
